Autism support Famagusta was formed by parents and friends of people with Autism spectrum conditions in the Famagusta area of Cyprus.

Our Impact

  • We have managed to operate a Summer Club since 2014.

  • Provided trained staff to care for the children and support parents in need of help.

  • Delivered an outreach service supporting parents who need help and specific needs.

  • Organised a number of teaching training seminars

Our goals

summer school expansion 

To expand our existing  summer scheme ( established for the last 2 years ) which provides a structured environment an activities during the long school break run by staff who are trained in Autism approaches. 

small residential home in society scheme 

Develop a 24 hour residential cluster provision for young people of 18-25 years old to support the transition from child to adult and from family home to greater independence. Within this scheme we aim to include a separate respite care facility to include younger individuals. 

provide 24 hour service support 

To provide day activities according to individual interests and skills, including support to work , and using community based facilities. 
 

provide high QUALITY FACILITIES. 

To provide high quality facilities which are based on ethical and inspiring opportunities for children and young people with Autism.
